This is a first try with MacOSX and GNU Gadu. Core seems working fine. :)

Do you have a screenshot on how it looks like on a mac?

The only IM client that currently support gadu gadu on the Mac are Proteus (http://www.defaultware.com/proteus/) and AdiumX (http://www.adiumx.com/). Both are based on Gaim (http://gaim.sourceforge.net/) which might pull Gadu Gadu support at any time according to the website (http://gaim.sourceforge.net/faq.php#q78). So I am defintely looking for alternatives.

GUI-GTK+ plugin doesn't work yet, I don't have gtk 2.4 compiled yet, however I'll try to run gtk plugin with X and I plan to write native cocoa gui plugin.

Good luck. It would be cool if GNU Gadu had similar look as Proteus. Have you looked at GTK+OSX which might possibly make it easier to port to the Mac.

Looks like development has stopped. Maybe a better project would be help make Kadu a Cocoa interface. I shall call it iKadu or help the AdiumX folks implement all the libgaim changes. Gadu doesn't seem to be a major priority for them. At least AdiumX is a Universal binary with will work with Intel and PowerPC.
